Integrated Skid-Mounted MVR Evaporation System

This system is an integrated skid-mounted Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) evaporation device. All equipment, pipelines, instruments, valves and control systems are pre-integrated and installed on a shared skid. The complete assembly, commissioning and performance testing are finished in the factory. After the equipment arrives at the project site, it can be officially put into operation in a short time only by connecting water supply, power supply, feeding, discharging and auxiliary pipelines, which greatly shortens the on-site construction cycle and reduces the difficulty of installation and construction.

Relying on the core vapor compressor, the system boosts the pressure and temperature of the secondary vapor generated during the evaporation process, efficiently recovers the latent heat of vapor and realizes internal recycling and reuse. It fundamentally reduces the reliance on external live steam and heat sources in traditional evaporation processes with prominent energy-saving advantages. The system features high energy efficiency and low comprehensive operating cost. The integrated skid-mounted structure is compact with a small floor area. Equipped with a full set of automatic control systems, it supports fully automatic continuous operation with low operation thresholds and simple daily inspection, maintenance and overhaul. The system is widely applicable to multiple industrial scenarios including environmental wastewater treatment, chemical industry, salt crystallization, food and pharmaceutical processing, material concentration and new energy industries. It enables long-term continuous and stable operation and can be customized to adapt to different treatment capacities and material characteristics such as viscosity, corrosiveness and thermal sensitivity. The detailed application fields are as follows: 1. Environmental Water Treatment Industry It is widely used for the volume reduction, concentration and salt separation of various refractory wastewater, such as industrial high-salinity wastewater, electroplating wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, chemical concentrated brine and landfill leachate, helping enterprises achieve wastewater near-zero discharge and standard discharge compliance. 2. Chemical and Salt Chemical Industry It is suitable for the concentration of inorganic salt and organic chemical liquid materials, the evaporation and crystallization of sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, magnesium sulfate, manganese sulfate and other salt materials, as well as the purification and concentration of fine chemical intermediates and auxiliary liquid materials, meeting the requirements of continuous chemical production operations. 3. Food and Pharmaceutical Industry It is applied to the low-temperature concentration of food materials such as fruit and vegetable juice, syrup and dairy products, as well as the evaporation and purification of traditional Chinese medicine extracts, biochemical liquid medicines and pharmaceutical intermediates. The low-temperature evaporation process effectively protects the active ingredients and flavor of materials. 4. New Energy Industry It adapts to the working conditions of the lithium battery and photovoltaic industrial chains. It can treat lithium-containing wastewater and concentrate raw material liquid generated in the lithium battery production process, and concentrate and recover silicon material cleaning wastewater and etching wastewater in the photovoltaic industry, realizing dual purposes of material recovery and wastewater treatment. 5. Metallurgy and Mineral Industry It is used for the concentration and salt extraction of mineral processing wastewater, metallurgical smelting wastewater and mine brine, and recovers associated salts and valuable substances from minerals to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of resources. 6. General Industrial Working Conditions It supports various industrial liquid concentration and solvent recovery working conditions.
