
Integrated Single-effect or Multi-effect Evaporation System
This system is an integrated skid-mounted single-effect or multi-effect evaporation device. The entire main evaporator, heat exchange equipment, pipelines, instruments, valves and automatic control system are integrally installed on a standardized shared skid. All processes including assembly, piping, wiring, overall commissioning and performance testing are completed in the factory to meet production standards before delivery. No complicated civil construction and on-site equipment assembly are required. The equipment can be quickly installed and put into operation only by connecting water supply, power supply, feeding, discharging and auxiliary utility pipelines, which greatly shortens the project construction cycle and effectively reduces on-site construction and commissioning costs.
Based on the traditional evaporation and heat exchange principle, the system adopts single-effect or multi-effect stage-by-stage evaporation and heat exchange structure to fully utilize the waste heat of secondary steam of each effect and realize cascade heat utilization. Compared with traditional single evaporation equipment, it features lower energy consumption and higher heat exchange efficiency. Multi-effect evaporation can be flexibly configured with double-effect, triple-effect and multi-effect combinations according to working conditions to adapt to different concentration ratios and energy-saving requirements. With a mature structure, stable operation and extremely low failure rate, the system does not require auxiliary pressurization equipment such as steam compressors or jetters, ensuring simple operation and maintenance and strong adaptability. Featuring compact layout, small floor area and high automation, the system supports continuous and automatic stable operation with convenient operation. With strong universality, the system is widely applied in environmental wastewater treatment, chemical and salt chemical industry, food and pharmaceutical industry, new energy industry, metallurgy and mineral industry and other general industrial scenarios. The single-effect or multi-effect process mode can be flexibly switched and parameters can be customized according to customers’ treatment scales and material characteristics such as corrosiveness, viscosity and thermal sensitivity. It operates safely and stably for a long time, fully meeting the production requirements of industrial material concentration, wastewater volume reduction, salt crystallization and solvent recovery.
