Vibrating Fluidized Bed Drying Equipment

This equipment is an integrated drying device adopting vibrating fluidized bed technology, mainly used for dehydration of powdery and granular materials. Working Principle After pretreatment, wet materials are fed into the drying chamber. The vibrating device makes the materials in a fluidized suspended state, and the hot air is fully contacted with the materials to realize efficient heat transfer and moisture evaporation. The dried materials are screened and collected, and the tail gas is discharged up to standard after dust removal. The whole process is fully automatically controlled by PLC. Core Features 1.
