Drum Scraper Dryer

Drum Scraper Dryer is a continuous conductive drying equipment, mainly composed of a drum, film distribution device, scraping device, transmission device and heating medium inlet, outlet and drainage device. It takes heat conduction as the core to realize continuous drying of liquid materials. The material contact parts can be made of 316L/2205/Titanium, etc., adapting to large-scale drying needs of various materials, with continuous and efficient operation, stability and practicability, widely used in many industries. 2. Working Principle Heating medium (steam or thermal oil) is fed into the drum to provide a stable heat source. The drum rotates at a constant speed, and the feed liquid is evenly attached to the outer wall of the drum through submerged or spray film distribution device to form a film. The film is quickly dried by heat conducted through the drum wall, and the finished product is scraped and collected by the scraper system. The film distribution device is equipped with an overflow pipe to prevent feed liquid overflow, and the sewage outlet at the bottom of the feed liquid tank facilitates cleaning and maintenance. 3.
