This equipment is an integrated customized complete set for drying wet materials in a fluidized state, mainly used for dehydration of powdery and granular materials. Working Principle After pretreatment, wet materials are fed into the drying chamber. Hot air blows through the distribution plate to make materials suspend and tumble to form a fluidized bed, realizing efficient heat and mass transfer and moisture evaporation. Dried materials are screened and collected, tail gas is discharged up to standard after dust removal, and the whole process is fully automatic controlled by PLC.
