High-Efficiency, Energy-Saving Process Supports Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Goals

Designed for high-salinity wastewater treatment in the chemical industry, the system employs Forced Circulation (FC) evaporation coupled with Continuous Freezing Crystallization (CFC) technology to achieve complete wastewater treatment and resource recovery. With a core processing capacity of 2.2 tons/hour, the system concentrates wastewater through multi-stage evaporation, raising Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) to supersaturation levels. This process separates high-purity salts (e.g., NaCl, Na₂SO₄), enabling 100% wastewater reuse and salt recovery.

In terms of energy efficiency, the system consumes 12% less energy than traditional Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) evaporators.We have operational experience with 2.2-ton modular systems, and our modular equipment can reach a processing capacity of 3 tons/hour (at 25% solid content). Its performance rivals comparable products from peer global factories in the industry while offering a cost advantage of 18%-22%, delivering exceptional value to global customers.
